WSL Announces a New Member to its Leadership Team

Kristen CollinsWentworth Senior Living welcomes Kristen Collins, assistant vice president of human resources, to its leadership team.

Collins has over 18 years of experience in the human resources field and is an active member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM). Prior to this role, Collins was the vice president, human resources director at Federal Savings Bank in Dover, NH. She is also a board member of Community Action Partnership of Strafford County (CAP), a private nonprofit organization that provides basic needs to people in Strafford County and promotes self-sufficiency with a vision to eliminate poverty.

“I am thrilled to be a member of the Wentworth Senior Living family. WSL embraced me on my very first day and I immediately felt at home,” said Collins. “In my role, I plan to create a strong culture that helps employees be themselves at work. I will continue to dedicate my time to community involvement while representing human resources, employees, and the residents with integrity and respect.”
