AGREEMENT BETWEEN USER AND WENTWORTH SENIOR LIVING (WSL). WSL offers this website (the “Site”) to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (Use Agreement). Your use of the Site constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.

WSL reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which the Site is offered. It is your responsibility to check periodically for any changes we may make to this Use Agreement. Your continued use of this Site following the posting of changes to these terms or conditions means you accept the changes.

As a courtesy to you, this Site may offer links to other websites (“Linked Sites”). WSL is not responsible for the content or activities of any Linked Sites or any other sites linked to this Site. WSL has no obligation to monitor the Social Computing Tools, and is not responsible for the content or activities on the Social Media Tools. However, WSL reserves the right in its sole discretion to review materials posted to Social Computing Tools and to remove any materials at any time, for any reason, without notice to you. WSL reserves the right to terminate your access to any or all of the Social Computing Tools at any time without notice for any reason whatsoever.

Always use caution when giving out any personally identifying information about yourself or your family in any Social Computing Tools. WSL does not control or endorse the content, messages or information found in any Social Computing Tools and, therefore, WSL specifically disclaims any liability with regard to the Social Computing Tools and any actions resulting from your participation in any Social Computing Tools.

WSL’s performance of this Use Agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this Use Agreement is in derogation of the WSL’s right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the Site or information provided to or gathered by WSL with respect to such use.

GENERAL

This shall be the entire Use Agreement, superseding all prior agreements between you and WSL regarding this site. If any part of this Use Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of this Use Agreement shall continue in effect. The remainder of the Use Agreement shall continue to be enforceable and valid according to the terms contained herein. Finally, the section titles in the Use Agreement are for your convenience only and carry no contractual or legal effect whatsoever.

You may not, however, distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, report, develop derivative works, or otherwise use the contents of this site for public or commercial purposes. This includes the use of any text, images, audio and/or video without express written permission of WSL. The images of people or places displayed on this site are either owned by WSL or are used with permission of WSL.
